Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with Invariant.dev. If you upgrade to our Pro plan and find that the product does not meet your needs, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund request must be made within 14 calendar days of the initial payment timestamp.
  • Your account must not have breached our Terms of Service (e.g. streaming malicious traffic or trying to exploit the limits).
  • For recurring monthly or annual renewals, charges are generally non-refundable. However, we review renewals on a case-by-case basis if requested within 48 hours of the renewal invoice.

Merchant of Record Notice

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles transaction billing, payment processing, and refund issuing.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to our support team. Provide your registered account email address, your full name, and the Paddle invoice number or checkout transaction ID (which can be found in your email invoice from Paddle).

Once approved, refunds will be initiated immediately. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to clear and appear on your original bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
